What happen if I lose my credentials?
Your credentials are needed to access the wallet, and since they are not stored on a Melis server, it is important that are not lost. When you log in to the wallet is saved an encrypted copy of the credentials used on the device, made usable by entering the PIN. If you cancel the credentials or lose the device you can access the wallet only by the backup. If you have not the backup, but you have yet another device with the saved credentials you can access your wallet using the PIN, and then as soon as possible make the backup.
